Declaration:

Considering the above unfortunate realities of the nation and the role of Vietnamese women in our heroic history, we solemnly declare to establish the Federation of Vietnamese Au Co Women with the following objectives:1. To maintain and promote Vietnamese culture, language overseas as well as respect and gratitude for heroes and heroines of Vietnam

​2. To contribute to the support and protection to Vietnamese women who are the victims of human trafficking under various forms such as labor exportation, sex slavery and brides exportation.3. To support women and their families who have encountered difficulties from government due to policies of arrest, incarceration and torture in order to destroy their patriotism and fighting spirit to achieve freedom and democracy for Vietnam4. To mobilize the dynamism of womenfolk inside and outside of Vietnam so that, together with menfolk, they could join forces for the struggle to bring about prosperity to Vietnam, stop Chinese invasion, overthrow dictatorship and allow Vietnam to join other prosperous nations of Asia

Appeal:

The Federation earnestly appeals to:• All Vietnamese inside and outside of Vietnam to actively support the Federation in its struggle to save the country from both external and internal enemies.• The free world, especially the United Nations, Amnesty International, human rights and charitable organizations to support the Federation in its effort to protect and assist women who are victims of communist tyranny in Vietnam.• All Vietnamese women to follow the examples of Trung & Trieu sisters as well as Le Thi Cong Nhan and courageously stand up to fight for women’s rights and the rights of all Vietnamese citizens.

 Tuyên Ngôn và Đường Hướng: 

Hội Phụ Nữ Âu Cơ  được thành lập nhằm các mục đích sau đây:

• Bảo tồn văn hóa truyền thống của dân tộc Việt
• Yểm trợ Phong Trào Dân Chủ Quốc Nội và Hải Ngoại.
• Hỗ trợ các anh thư nước Việt đang noi gương bà Trưng bà Triệu, đang nối gót cô Bắc, cô Giang can đảm đứng lên chống lại bạo quyền cộng sản, đòi hỏi dân chủ, nhân quyền, chủ quyền quốc gia như luật sư Lê Thị Công Nhân, nhà văn Trần Khải Thanh Thủy, cô Phạm Thanh Nghiên, vv…
• Cứu giúp những phụ nữ trong hoàn cảnh nghiệt ngã do tệ nạn buôn người, làm gái mãi dâm, làm  nhân công bị ngược đãi và bị hành hạ, nhân phẩm bị chà đạp vv…

Hội ước mong đón nhận sự gia nhập của các anh thư nước Việt từ 18 tuổi trở lên và có cùng chung lý tưởng.  Hội sẵn sàng hợp tác với các tổ chức cộng đồng, đoàn thể chính đảng trong các công tác bao gồm văn hóa, xã hội, và chính trị với nguyện vọng“đem lại ngày mai tươi sáng thanh bình cho đất nước và dân tộc Việt Nam.”
